Live Demo
To show you we are talking business.
I-Focus is an eye-tracking project that aims to use the latest in eye-tracking technology, combined with other forms of input, to create a set of multimodal gestures capable of intuitive interface control.
Through a full package incorporating research and application, we present you an interface that is...
Presenting I-Focus
The Future of Eye-Tracking
Eye-tracking could revolutionise the way we work, play and interact with our devices.

Multi-modal Input Systems
At I-Focus we believe in using multi-modal input systems.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution for an efficient, effective and intuitive interface. We need to recognise every input system's advantages and disadvantages, and realise no system is perfect.
Currently, we are only able to use our hands and the few conventional devices such as the mouse, and tablets to control the user interface.
Our project will allow for more direct interaction with our devices. Movements of the body and the eyes can be directly translated into controls for the user interface, which will definitely prove useful, productive and convenient for majority of users.
With I-Focus, the computer is literally just a glance away.
Auto-Scrolling
Auto-Scrolling is a in-site feature that allows you to read on without moving a finger.
You see, the marvel of eye-tracking lies in the way it gives us semi-telepathic powers when controlling an interface.
Eye-tracking makes reading and scrolling very effective and highly intuitive.
By looking at the edges of the screen, we know you want to look on. And with I-Focus' auto-scrolling function, everything is so intuitive you won't even actively think about it.
Videos
Eye-tracking gives you the ability to control your computer ever so naturally.
With I-Focus, the interface seems to read your mind, understanding your intentions in the blink of an eye.
When watching videos, looking away from the video triggers a pause, and looking back automatically resumes it.

Games
Games immerse you when it appeals and reacts to your sight.
Wouldn’t it be great to have the reticle automatically shifted to where you’re looking?
We’re exploring the possibilities eye-tracking can bring to the gaming world, and these simple games demonstrate a few.
Multi-Tasking
Working and typing on 2 different windows or screens simultaneously wouldn’t be inconvenient anymore.
Toggling screens can be done just by looking at the desired window, or as otherwise configured.
Scrolling won't require you to lift your hands off the keyboard. Just stare, and wait for the auto-scroll function to kick in.
Now Possible Anywhere
NEW!
I-Focus now offers a Chrome Extension that allows you to add relevant cursor and auto-scrolling functions to all sites, hence making any website eye-tracking friendly!
